Responsibilities

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?

Rust Automation & Controls, a representative of Endress+Hauser Inc., is looking for a Calibration Specialist to join our team in West Jordan, UT. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our calibration services, supporting both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. WHICH TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?

  • Populate the database for work orders, including creating and managing Sales Force Group Knowledge Base Articles and supporting work order line items (WOLI).
  • Review final certificates and own communication with customers to close out large calibration jobs.
  • Upload documents to database and manage equipment schedules for customer assets with prescribed intervals.
  • Perform customer site visits, including install base audits and calibration walk downs.
  • Support large calibration jobs as an additional technician or specialist as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff.
  • Manage site supplies, tools, and equipment to ensure successful execution of Work Orders (WO).
  • Provide high-level customer support, including on-site visits as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Prepare team for commissioning and trouble calls, including vetting site visits.
  • Support internal technical onboarding and training.
  • Work with Endress+Hauser’s calibration team to follow proper protocols and review processes.
  • Support ISO17025 audits for Endress+Hauser’s accreditation.
  • Maintain routine communication with Endress+Hauser’s calibration team to uphold quality standards.
