Responsibilities

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?

Rust Automation & Controls, a representative of Endress+Hauser, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a strong technical background to support our customers and drive business growth. In this in-office role, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, and control products to provide advanced technical support, develop tailored solutions, and partner closely with outside sales teams. Key responsibilities include preparing precise and technically accurate quotations, managing complex orders, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams. This position requires proven experience in technical sales or applications support role, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

WHICH TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?

  • Provide technical, application, and product support
  • Proficient in product selection and application.
  • Understanding of PID data to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to be a resource for teammates and willing to share knowledge.
  • Field visits to customer sites for relationship development, training, and driving sales.
  • Owns and directly manages certain sales initiates to drive business directly with customers.
