Description At Hilltop Camper & RV, we are looking for a Delivery & Setup Driver to safely transport and set up campers, RVs, and park models for our customers. This role is critical in ensuring our products are delivered professionally and ready for use. A valid CDL is required, and experience with delivering and setting up park models is a plus. We’re looking for someone who… Has a valid CDL, maintains a clean driving record, and has the ability to maintain DOT medical certification Has experience delivering, setting up, and transporting campers, RVs, and park models Is reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Works safely and follows all state, federal, and company regulations Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers Takes pride in quality work and attention to detail Key Responsibilities Deliver, set up, tear down, and return campers, RVs, and park models Complete park model setups, including basic connections (plumbing, leveling, etc.) Transport units between Hilltop locations as needed Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and PPE requirements Inspect equipment and report any damage or issues immediately Maintain and clean company vehicles and equipment About Hilltop Camper & RV Hilltop Camper & RV, with locations in Fridley, Oronoco, Brainerd, and Alexandria, MN, is a 3rd-generation family-owned RV dealership employing approximately 130 team members.
