Description Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking RV Detail Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in transforming vehicles inside and out, enjoys hands-on work, and understands the importance of delivering a spotless, ready-to-go RV to every customer. Key Responsibilities Clean, wash, and detail RV exteriors, including roofs, awnings, windows, wheels, and body surfaces Perform full interior detailing: vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, carpet/upholstery cleaning, and appliance wipe-downs Inspect RVs for cosmetic issues and report any damage or needed repairs Apply protective treatments such as wax, sealants, and conditioners Operate pressure washers, buffers, extractors, and other detailing equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures Assist with lot organization, RV staging, and occasional light shop tasks Ensure each RV meets company quality standards before customer delivery or showroom display Requirements Previous detailing experience (automotive, RV, marine, or similar) preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
