Colton RV & Marine is hiring an RV Driver/Transporter to assist with moving, delivering, and staging RVs across our locations. If you’re a confident driver who enjoys variety in your day and wants a hands-on role with a company that’s driven, dependable, and people-focused, this could be the perfect fit. Essential Functions: Move RV inventory of varying size safely between locations Use smartphone app to report status of moves Maintain the cleanliness and order of Company vehicles and property Perform Pre-Trip inspections Be familiar with DOT Regulations Deliver, level, and hook up RV’s at campsites Move vehicles to maintain flow of traffic Communicate with supervisor and other dealership staff effectively and efficiently Drive/Pull inventory to and from Dealerships, Campgrounds, Customers, and Other Locations Perform other duties as assigned Must follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements Education, Experience and Work Requirements: · High School diploma or GED · Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable, driving record · Pre-employment background check, including drug screening Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Verifiable Experience driving RVs/campers preferred (5th wheel, bumper pull, Class-A, Class-C, etc.) · CDL A/B or R Endorsement required · DOT Medical Certificate required · Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner · Must be able to prioritize moves in order of importance · Must be a self-starter
Responsibilities
The RV Driver/Transporter is responsible for moving, delivering, and staging RVs across locations. This includes performing pre-trip inspections and maintaining the cleanliness of company vehicles.
