Description Whitebirch Campground located in Breezy Point, MN is looking to hire a full-time seasonal RV Park Manager with the opportunity for a year-round employment position. Under the supervision of the Corporate Office, the RV Park Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Whitebirch Campground. This person will function as the manager in charge and make decisions to manage and operate the resort. Requirements · Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring that the resort provides a safe, clean and enjoyable guest experience. · Performs and/or supervise some campground maintenance work including but not limited to grounds keeping, pool maintenance, janitorial and general building maintenance. · Ensure common lawn areas are mowed, areas are weeded, mulching areas and other maintenance as necessary. · Identifies areas that need maintenance and works with the Corporate Office to resolve problems throughout the property. · Interact with tenants and guests on issues related to their tenancy, such as maintenance, camp sites, campground rules and security issues. · Responds to complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. · Contacts and coordinates contractors/vendors as needed (i.e. plumbers, electrical, repair companies) · Oversee the resort pool maintenance, chemical levels are tested and adjusted. · Inspect and oversee the operations of the resort's onsite sewer system. · Manage and adhere to the Resort's operating budget set by the Corporate Office. · Monitor and control maintenance, inventory and supplies. · Ensures all team members are properly orientated and adequately trained in department standards, security procedures, department operations, and safe work methods. · Assist office staff in managing tenant issues and other correspondence. · Maintain a high degree of customer service and communication with resort tenants. · Recommend, oversee and implement capital improvements and other infrastructure projects as requested by the Corporate Office. · Performs other duties as assigned by the Corporate Office. · Must perform a successful background screening for this position. · Must be willing to work some weekends and evenings. · Wage plus possible Commission Includes Breezy Point Resort Commissions We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
