POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an RV Parts Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in the success of our service and retail operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing inventory while delivering an exceptional parts experience to both our internal team and valued customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in RV, automotive, or related parts environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with inventory management systems is an asset.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Order and stock RV parts efficiently to maintain inventory levels.
  • Receive parts shipments and ensure timely distribution to service teams and customers.
  • Ensure warranty parts are properly added to work orders and tracked through to completion.
  • Perform regular inventory and bin counts to prevent shortages.
  • Provide daily parts support to technicians to minimize downtime.
  • Manage retail parts sales, including walk-in customers and deliveries.
  • Maintain and grow parts sales volume and profit margins.
  • Organize and merchandise a clean, well-stocked front parts department.
  • Supervise and support parts clerks as needed.
  • Answer incoming parts calls and follow up with customers promptly.
  • Ensure a 100% best buying experience for all customers.
  • Assist with customer walk-throughs and deliveries when required.
  • Support sales consultants in adding parts to customer deals.
  • Act as the liaison with OEM factories and local vendors for parts ordering.
  • Maintain financial balance in parts inventory – order only what is needed.
  • Tag and properly receive all warranty parts.
