The Position: We are currently hiring for a full time Rental Specialist. This position completes thorough walk throughs of rental units with customers, ensuring that the customer feels comfortable and confident in operating the unit they are renting before they leave our lot. The Rental Coordinator makes sure that the rental process is complete from start to finish and that the customer is 100% satisfied with their rental experience at PleasureLand RV. Essential Job Functions: Provide an informational rental experience for our customers from the initial inquiry call to the pickup of the rental unit to the drop off. Your goal is to make sure the customer not only feels comfortable operating their rental but are also excited for their rental experience. Maintain rental schedule via our rental software, whether its scheduling with the shop for maintenance or customer pickup drop-off. This includes completing quotes, accepting payments and entering rental agreements into the rental system. Qualifications and Skills: General RV knowledge is preferred, but not required Prior sales or customer service experience Ability to communicate with all levels of the company, including vendors and customers in a professional manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Must be self-motivated Ability to multi-task Well organized Positive attitude and dependable Work Schedule: This position will be required to work until at least 5:00pm Monday through Friday with the occasional Saturday. Must be flexible to work past 5:00pm to meet the customer’s scheduling needs.
