Duties include but are not limited to: Leads RV guests to their site. Guides RV guests into their site. Assists RV guests with hooking up sewer, water and cable for guests. Cleans RV windshields upon departure. Responds to and assists RV guests with general needs. Is knowledgeable of resort layout and amenities and is able to explain the layout and amenities to guests. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Certificate required. Must have one year experience working in a RV Resort or in the hospitality industry. Must be able to follow verbal as well as written instructions. Must be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks. Must have excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relation skills. Must have a current Oregon driver’s license and the ability to qualify for the UIDC’s Drivers Program.
Responsibilities
Assist guests by leading them to their RV sites and guiding them into position. Respond to general needs and maintain cleanliness of the RV area.
