Starting Wage $17.15/hr. This position is posted as a part-time, seasonal role running from February through May, with the possibility of continued employment beyond that period. Responsibilities Drive passenger vehicles on established routes or as part of a scheduled service. Provide timely and courteous service to Angel of the Winds Casino RV Park guests and team members and provide assistance to passengers in boarding and disembarking the vehicle. Greets arriving and departing guests and team members in a friendly and positive manner and provides information and/or direction as requested. Accurately document times of passenger vehicle arrival & departure, as well as notate how many guests are on the vehicle. Accurately documenting starting and ending mileage, driver initials and badge number. Any other pertinent vehicle information on required forms. Accurately document all pre & post vehicle inspections. Noting any safety issues and concerns, reporting those to the valet supervisor. Reports unusual or unsafe vehicle conditions to the RV Park Supervisor and/or Manager. Provide written incidence/accident reports as necessary to the valet supervisor, in a timely manner. Keep passenger vehicles in a state of cleanliness. May provide specialized services to tour groups and VIP guests. Advises supervisor of any guest issues or problems. Work nights, weekends and holidays as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Exceptional guest service skills required. Minimum of three years driving experience. Must be able to drive any make or model of a car, truck, and handicapped equipped vehicles, have skills to drive all manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Must comply with Angel of the Winds Authorized Drivers policy. Based on a 5-year period. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, policies, and procedure manuals. Strong and outgoing verbal communication skills in person. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to multi-task and deal with interruptions effectively. Certificates, Licenses, Regulations Valid driver’s license. Must provide signed release allowing the company to obtain driving abstract in order to show proof of good driving record. Must be able to be insured to drive company or customer vehicles by the company insurance carrier. Physical Demands and Work Environment Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement daily with sedentary work, occasional bending, and crouching. This is a 24 hour, 7 days a week work operation.
