Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Follow our trusted door to deal sales process * Work with an Industry leading team to sell new and used RVs with highest quality customer experience * Conduct effective demonstration of units * Working knowledge of each product being sold * Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team * Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer * Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organization * Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory * Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management * Attend RV Shows and location events as needed Qualifications * Education: 1. High school diploma or equivalent is required * License & Certifications: 1. Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required 2. Must be able to obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations * Experience: 1. A minimum of one year of RV sales experience is preferred * Abilities: 1. Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills 2. Ability to work flexible hours, as required is essential. Hours may include, evenings, and weekends 3. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment 4. Reliable and strong work ethic 5. Commitment to superior customer service 6. Ability to work independently as well as on a team 7. Knowledge or ability to learn computer company system applications, including Motility Systems2K, MS Office and other software as applicable 8. Ability to move RVs of various sizes 9. Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending 10. Responsibilities

The RV Sales Associate is responsible for following the established sales process to sell new and used RVs while ensuring the highest quality of customer service. This includes conducting effective unit demonstrations, closing sales in coordination with the F&I team, and generating ideas to exceed sales goals.
