What You’ll Do Help customers find the right RV, camper, or trailer for their lifestyle and budget Create a fun, low-pressure, informative buying experience Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and product knowledge Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication throughout the sales process Continuously grow your product knowledge through in-house and manufacturer training Work as part of a supportive, team-oriented sales environment What We’re Looking For Motivated, driven, and goal-oriented personality Strong people and communication skills Competitive mindset with a desire to earn Positive attitude and professional approach Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Basic computer and internet skills Valid driver’s license Sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or commission-based experience is helpful — but we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
