JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. You will utilize your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and customer service to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably RV or automobile sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with RV sales processes and techniques is highly desirable.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong math skills for retail math applications related to pricing and inventory management.
  • Effective phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for outbound sales efforts.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize CRM software like LIGHTSPEED to track interactions with clients, manage inventory control, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Upsell products and services to existing customers while identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and dealership experience to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Conduct public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote products or services effectively.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers as necessary.
