We are seeking an experienced, high-energy RV Sales Closer to work across all four of our Florida locations. Your primary mission will be to step in, close more deals, and ensure our proven sales process is being executed consistently. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in sales management with a focus on outside sales and B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems is essential.
  • Experience in automobile sales or retail sales is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.

· Close More Deals: Work alongside sales teams at each location to directly assist in closing RV sales and maximizing revenue.
· Reinforce Proven Sales Process: Ensure the sales team follows our established process from greeting to delivery for a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
· Hands-On Coaching: Provide in-the-moment guidance to salespeople to improve their closing techniques and objection handling.
· Multi-Location Impact: Travel weekly to Nokomis, Bradenton, Lakeland, and Fort Myers to support and strengthen sales performance.
· Customer Relationship Excellence: Engage with customers to instill confidence, address concerns, and secure commitments.
· Future Leadership Opportunity: Position will eventually transition into leading one location full-time.Overview
