Our local family business is hiring. We are looking for a hard working individual with experience in the RV industry to help in our service department.

SKILLS:

Good communication over the phone and in person
Patience and flexibility
Organized and detail oriented
Able to multitask and stay organized with multiple files at once
Professional and able to represent the company at the highest standard
Experience in the RV industry is highly recommended- This position requires the knowledge of all systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Talking on the phone with customers that have service questions
Greeting customers at drop off and taking all their info and requested repairs
Creating Work Orders for the technicians
Order all parts to prep for jobs in the upcoming schedule
Communicating with technicians on progress of the job
Informing customers of progress on their service regularily
Informing customers of estimates and quotes via email
Working with team members to confirm estimates are accurate
Completing invoicing and receiving some payments
Going over all repairs/service with customer at pick up
Scheduling service appointments
Monitor/Adjust the calendar as necessary
