Job Responsibilities: Coordinate RV service and repairs between customers and technicians. Ensure customer has full knowledge of any work performed and is informed of any updates. Job Duties: Verify warranty and service contract coverage. Set realistic expectations for customers and ensure you hold to those expectations. Prepare Repair Orders by describing the complaint, the cause, and the repair. Utilize all tools available to keep in contact with customers through the service experience. Attend all meetings and training as required. Act as a liaison between customers and the technicians. Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Qualifications Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently. Must have professional appearance and demeanor. Provide excellent customer service. Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases. Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner. Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
