We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all trailer parts and service. Strong communication and organization skills are a must.

SKILLS

• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• familiarity with trailer mechanics, plumbing, and general construction, an asset, but willing to train the right candidate
• Cash handling experience for efficient transaction processing preferred

• In person RV part sales and service
• Prepare accurate estimates for services, including parts and labor
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently
• Document all service work performed and maintain accurate records
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the service process
• Ordering parts and maintaining inventory
