This role is responsible for accurately diagnosing customer concerns, coordinating repair orders, communicating with technicians, and ensuring an exceptional service experience from check-in to delivery. Key Responsibilities Customer Intake — Greet customers, listen to concerns, document issues, and create detailed repair orders. Service Coordination — Communicate with technicians to clarify concerns, verify diagnostics, and track repair progress. Estimate Preparation — Prepare and present cost estimates, obtain approvals, and update customers on changes. Status Communication — Provide timely updates on repair status, parts availability, and timelines. Quality Assurance — Review completed work, verify accuracy, and ensure customer satisfaction at pickup. Warranty Processing — Submit warranty claims, maintain documentation, and follow manufacturer guidelines. Record Management — Maintain accurate service records, repair orders, and customer history. Qualifications Experience in RV, automotive, marine, or powersports service environments Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to read and interpret repair orders, technical notes, and warranty guidelines Familiarity with service-management software High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
