Description Are you comfortable behind the wheel of a telehandler? Know your way around moving RVs and trailers with precision? We’re looking for a Service Lot Attendant who can handle equipment, keep our lot running like a well-oiled machine, and support our service team with hustle and care. Job Summary The Service Lot Attendant keeps our lot organized, clean, and efficient—supporting the flow of service operations, customer pickups, and inventory movement. If you’ve worked with forklifts, telehandlers, or moved RVs on and off the lot, you’ll feel right at home here. Key Responsibilities Move, stage, and re-park RVs, trailers, and motorhomes on the lot as directed by the Service team Operate telehandler or forklift to support RV movement, setup, and yard organization Assist with unit transfers between dealership locations Maintain a clean and organized service lot, free of debris or visual clutter Check units for visible damage, cleanliness, and fuel levels before customer deliveries Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service advisor Support basic customer deliveries and walk-throughs when needed Manage inventory keys and secure all vehicles appropriately Report any operational concerns or safety issues to the Service Manager Maintain regular and reliable attendance Perform other support tasks as needed Requirements Qualifications and Skills Experience operating a telehandler, forklift, or similar equipment is strongly preferred Prior experience moving RVs or trailers on a lot is a big plus Valid, unrestricted driver’s license required Comfortable operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions General understanding of automotive or RV operations is helpful Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, and move across a large lot for extended periods Must be able to lift, climb, crouch, and perform physical tasks as needed (with reasonable accommodation, if required) Why Join Us?
