What You’ll Do As Service Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the service department, driving performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. You will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians and service staff Oversee workflow across warranty, internal, and customer-pay repairs Drive key performance metrics including efficiency, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction Ensure alignment with company standards, processes, and values Build strong communication across departments and locations Maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment What You Bring 3+ years of leadership experience in service, shop, or dealership environments (RV, automotive, marine, or similar) Strong knowledge of RV systems (LP, AC/DC, appliances preferred) Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits $80,000-$110,000/year + performance incentives Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay HSA/FSA options Disability coverage Family-owned culture where your work truly matters About Us Our mission is simple: To ignite the spirit of adventure by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
