PPL Motorhomes is looking for an RV Detailer to help with our fast growing company. Some of the key responsibilities are but not limited to the following: Ensure all delivery units are cleaned and ready for presentation Clean interior and exterior of all incoming listed vehicles Use mobile wash trailer to perform monthly continuous clean Keep the detail area clean Performs quality control inspection of all RV’s before being brought to frontline KRA -CT Impact I PRODUCTIVE WORK: Consistently achieve agreed-upon wash bay goals in order to assure a professional appearance for customers. 70% I-1 Successfully complete assigned jobs in an efficient manner. 35% Wash Bay Efficiency / Time Guidlines Used TT – Interior/Exterior Ultimate Detail / Closing Clean (SP250200C) Acceptable Performance: 2.01 - 2.66 Expected Performance: 1.35 - 2.0 HRS Exceptional Performance: 0.68 - 1.34 HRS Used 5W – Interior/Exterior Ultimate Detail / Closing Clean (SP250200D) Acceptable Performance: 2.08 - 2.76 HRS Expected Performance: 1.39 - 2.07 HRS Exceptional Performance: 0.69 - 1.38 HRS Used Motorized – Interior/Exterior Ultimate Detail / Closing Clean (SP250200E) Acceptable Performance: 2.26 - 3.0 HRS Expected Performance: 1.6 - 2.25 HRS Exceptional Performance: 0.75 - 1.5 HRS I-2 Completes and processes all paperwork for each assignment in a timely, consistent and accurate manner. 25% I-3 Appropriately assists other wash bay personnel when required. 6% I-4 Provides input to maintenance manager related to product quality and other unit performance information. 4% II SAFETY, TOOLS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Effectively complies with all safety, tools and other job-related requirements. 30% II-1 Follow all safety, environmental and regulatory compliance protocols, policies and requirements. 13% II-2 Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 8% II-3 Maintains and services company vehicles. 7% II-4 Completes assigned building maintenance work. 2% Must have a valid drivers license Pass a drug test Attentive to detail Able to work in all types of weather and climb a ladder  401K plan in which the company participates: PPL will match 100% of every dollar put into the 401K plan, up to 4 percent of contributions. Employee will be eligible for the 401K plan during the first open enrollment period following their first six months of employment.  Health Insurance Coverage. As of January 2022, PPL offers a Cigna Healthcare insurance plan in which PPL pays ~$350.00 (Depending on plan selected) of the employee only coverage. Employee becomes eligible on the first of the month after their first 60 days employment. Initial enrollment, if employee chooses to participate, will be the 1st of the month after the employees has been employed 60 days.  Medical Reimbursement – Section 125  Holiday pay totaling 8 paid holidays per year  Vacation Pay (2 weeks after one year and 3 weeks after 10 years)  Salary Continuation for long term disability
Responsibilities
The RV Wash Bay Specialist is responsible for cleaning and detailing RVs to ensure they are ready for presentation. This includes performing quality control inspections and maintaining a clean work environment.
