About One Acre Fund Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Our Rwanda program, founded in 2007 is our largest and operates under the local brand Tubura. We have more than 3,000 staff across all four provinces of Rwanda, as well as in Kigali. Together, we served more than 2.8 million farmers in 2024. We work closely with the government to support national efforts to improve food security. Additionally, we help channel funding and resources to promising agri-SMEs, supporting farmers by providing a market for high-impact crops such as coffee, avocado, and chili. About the Role Looking for someone who will be performing warehouse inventory management, including receiving, storage, picking, deliveries, and reconciliation. Ensures compliance, maintains WMS records, supports warehouse operations, and leads small improvement projects. Responsibilities Physical Inventory Count: Place products in the correct bin locations, organize and label stacks, and attach count tags to each stack. Conduct and verify counts: Compare results and recount any mismatches. Complete and re-verify the count sheet against tags, double-check, and submit the count sheet. Warehouse Organization: Ensure proper stacking and layout of all the products in the warehouse. Warehouse standards compliance by following the 5S and CIP Warehouse principles. Inventory Transaction: Repackaging and receiving &loading, and offloading supervision. Seeds Management: Pest control and monitoring in the warehouse. Manage the warehouse daily aeration for 5-8 hours. Inventory Data Management: Accurately execute weekly and monthly warehouse stock reconciliations. Collect, verify, complete, scan, and submit TMS on time; ensure accurate SNS picking data. For this role specifically, you will have: A bachelor's degree in any field is highly preferred, either in Chemistry, Agriculture / Logistics, or supply chain. Experience in scheduling, reconciliation, reporting, and use of WMS/ SNS. 1 year+ Experience in Inventory or related fields. Basic understanding of Google Sheets, Statistical software like Microsoft Excel, Database skills, and knowledge of data entry.
