About One Acre Fund Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. Our Rwanda program, founded in 2007 is our largest and operates under the local brand Tubura. We have more than 3,000 staff across all four provinces of Rwanda, as well as in Kigali. Together, we served more than 2.8 million farmers in 2024. We work closely with the government to support national efforts to improve food security. Additionally, we help channel funding and resources to promising agri-SMEs, supporting farmers by providing a market for high-impact crops such as coffee, avocado, and chili. About the Role The Warehouse Coordinator manages $8M in inventory, leads deliveries across 2–8 districts. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and taking small to medium risks to address challenges within the warehouse. You will be managing a team of 3 permanent staff, 30+ casuals, by ensuring safety compliance and driving efficiency, profitability, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Inventory management: Lead accurately Physical inventory counts, quality, and data. Deliveries coordination, including scheduling, transportation planning, and leading. Team management; supporting both casuals and other staff at the warehouse for the timely completion of their assignments with quality deliverables and for their professional development. For this role specifically, you will have: 2 + years of Experience in Inventory management with experience in inventory management systems Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or any other related field Good working knowledge of computer systems: includes being able to use warehouse inventory management systems, as well as being able to use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
