Description

As the SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead (FICO) at Downer, you will be instrumental in managing and supporting our SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscapes with a focus on Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO). You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of robust SAP solutions that support strategic and operational business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders, as well as deep understanding of the RISE with SAP environment.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • SAP S/4HANA Certification (FICO module) preferred.

KEY SKILLS

  • Ability to create functional specs and contribute to technical solution design.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability.
  • Experience working in Onshore-Offshore support model.
