Role Overview The S/4HANA FI Assistant Manager will support the Finance (FI) module implementation and maintenance within SAP S/4HANA. This role involves assisting in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Assist in SAP S/4HANA FI module configuration and deployment. Support integration with CO, MM, SD, and other relevant modules. Analyze business requirements and assist in translating them into SAP solutions. Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting processes. Assist in financial closing, reporting, and compliance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues under guidance. Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations and processes. Assist senior managers in mentoring junior team members. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of SAP FI module and basic S/4HANA functionalities. Hands-on experience in General Ledger, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting. Knowledge of Fiori apps and integration with CO/MM/SD. Experience in testing cycles and data validation. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA certification in FI. Experience in assisting global template rollouts. Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and external system integration. Key Deliverables Support successful implementation of FI module in S/4HANA projects. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Maintain accurate documentation and assist in project deliverables.
