Manage through a high degree of complexity and ambiguity to create business solutions with an unbiased lens Provide coaching, direction, and support to cross functional leadership team and partners in support of S&OP objectives, including quality of content and driving productive, robust discussions and alignments Enable process design through technology and analytics (e.g. Tableau dashboards & future state IBP systems) Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions, demand volatility, and capacity constraints.
