SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with an in-depth understanding of marketing, sales strategies, pricing, volumes, and cost structures.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a large, complex organisation with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), with the ability to present insights to senior leaders.
  • Highly proactive and results-driven, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic S&OP Forecasting Team Manager who will be responsible for leading the Forecast Analyst team. Reporting to the Head of Demand Planning and S&OP your role will be critical in driving the overall success of the S&OP process and ensuring that the company’s operations are aligned with market demands and business goals.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead and manage the Forecast Analyst team, ensuring accurate forecasting and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate and drive the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, ensuring effective collaboration across key stakeholders.
  • Ensure sales forecasts are captured, challenged, and aligned with sales representatives, finance, insights, and marketing teams.
  • Oversee forecast accuracy reporting and supply chain KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Own and enhance data sources and reporting tools to drive scalability and meet evolving business needs.
