The S&OP Manager is responsible for overseeing the Sales and Operations Planning process, ensuring alignment between demand, Operational execution and financial plans. The S&OP Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that Solvias can meet customers’ demand while optimizing resources and maintaining profitability. This position requires a blend of analytical, leadership, and communication skills to effectively manage the complexities of sales and operations planning.
