Job Description • Lead and manage the complete S&OP cycle (Demand Review → Supply Review → Executive S&OP). • Analyze and optimize all S&OP‑related planning processes. • Drive digitalization, standardization, and automation of forecasting and planning processes. • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the integrated S&OP Plan combining demand, supply, capacity, and financial targets. • Collaborate closely with Sales to incorporate seasonality, market trends, and promotional activities. • Identify risks affecting demand, supply, or capacity and initiate mitigation actions & escalate critical risks to management with clear recommendations • Propose scenario solutions (e.g., capacity adjustments, production increases, customer prioritization). • Define, track, and improve KPI • Prepare and present S&OP outcomes and KPI results to leadership. • Improve process quality and planning discipline through clear governance and standards. • Drive continuous improvements across the S&OP process and planning interfaces. • Develop and maintain regular performance and forecast reports. • Ensure data accuracy, transparency, and consistency across all S&OP tools and systems. Qualifications • Completed bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, economics, engineering, or a related field a master’s degree (MBA/MSc) is an advantage. • 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain, demand planning, production planning, or a comparable field, leadership experience is an advantage. • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, additional languages are a plus. • Strong customer orientation, teamwork capability, and commitment to quality. • High level of flexibility, ownership, and a strong focus on process discipline and compliance. • Hands-on mentality with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and IFS Cloud • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
