s.t.o.p. Restaurant Supply Ltd. is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our teams in our Kitchener location. There territory will include Barrie and more. This person will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from entering orders to and quoting equipment. Training is provided and on going.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Territory is determined based on which Office you are based in (and the surrounding area).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, plus conversational French;
  • Sales Experience, Preferably Business-to-Business would be an asset, but is not a requirement;
  • Foodservice experience an asset;
  • Highly motivated, independent go-getter;
  • Tenacious, persistent, problem-solver who is not deterred by failure or rejection;
  • Infectious positive attitude, enthusiastic people-person;

Responsibilities
  • Obtain new customers through cold calling and understanding of the food industry;
  • Expand existing sales by understanding each of our customers’ unique needs by asking quality questions and doing research;
  • Grow business profitability by keeping customers in-terms and maximizing gross margin; Work with manager to set ambitious sales goals, with clear strategies to achieve them;
  • Constant communication with all other departments including Customer Service, Warehouse to ensure accurate, quality, on-time deliveries of large and small to customers;
