s.t.o.p. Restaurant Supply Ltd. is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Kitchener location. This person will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from entering orders to issuing credits and quoting equipment. Training is provided and on going.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Friendly, outgoing with healthy sense of ambition to grow with our company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity Excel and Word
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Pleasant, clear voice
  • Experience with SAP Business One is helpful but not mandatory
