Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: (The accountabilities listed below should only be an indicative sample, they are not meant to be exhaustive) New Business Development: Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for SA&I. Research market trends, analyse customer needs and identify potential new client relationships and potential white space opportunities (industries/accounts) Expand the company's market presence, establish new client relationships and generate new revenue streams. Own the proposal preparation (methodology, design & costing) Existing Account Development: Nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships (with / without RMS/ Retail) Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Maximize customer satisfaction and retention by providing personalized support and proactive account management. Collaborate with customer success teams to drive revenue growth from existing accounts & manage renewals. Own the proposal preparation (methodology, design & costing) Responsible for the clients’ revenue & collection cycles in coordination with the finance department Being up to date with all NIQ SA&I solutions and analytics in order to always be able to sell the latest innovations to our clients QUALIFICATIONS: University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field 10+ years experience in Marketing Research (either agencies such as Kantar, Ipsos or Awe research or Client side) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong communication & negotiation skills Very good knowledge on advanced analysis, methods, and tools Excellent numerical skills Good organisational skills Very good interpersonal skills Strong business acumen and financial knowledge Excellent presentation skills Fluency in English Computer Literate Expertise in servicing customers and in-depth knowledge on CR methods, analysis, and techniques Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
