THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic SaaS Portal Salesperson to join our growing team and drive sales of our data portal solutions to companies that serve condo communities across Ontario and beyond. This is a commission-based role with a draw that offers unlimited earning potential for the right candidate who can create mutual wins between service providers and condo owners.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in condo property management OR experience working for a condo service provider (contractors, vendors, service providers, etc.)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS or technology solutions
  • Deep understanding of the condominium industry in Ontario, including key players, pain points, and service delivery challenges
  • Established network within the Ontario property management and condo service provider ecosystem

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Consultative selling approach with ability to identify client needs and position solutions accordingly
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and articulate complex software functionality in accessible terms
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with ability to present to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Relationship-building expertise essential for managing sales cycles and nurturing long-term partnerships
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with proven ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
  • Knowledge of Ontario condominium legislation and regulatory requirements an asset

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with condo service providers including vendors, service providers, property management companies, contractors, legal firms, and other professional services that serve condominium communities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by demonstrating how our data portals can accelerate growth and leverage competitive intelligence
  • Develop strategic partnerships that create win-win scenarios where service providers can offer enhanced value to their condo clients while improving their operational efficiency
  • Develop sales forecasts and maintain client relationship data in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure seamless portal implementation and client onboarding
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the condominium sector in Ontario
