Description

ABOUT JADEN:

We are a web and technology company that builds and grows SaaS products. Our full-stack local team is dedicated to design, development, and continual improvement of two flagship platforms – pxmo and proply – empowering businesses through faster, smarter creation of compelling proposals.
Over the past 13 years our team has delivered high-quality websites, platforms and apps for clients across countless industries. We combine deep technical expertise with strategic and digital marketing capability, creating world-class products that drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

As our SaaS Product & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of contact for everything pxmo and proply. This is a dynamic, hands-on role spanning customer support, marketing, product testing and growth. We already have an established user base, and are looking for someone ambitious, energetic and proactive to help us drive the next stage of growth. This is a startup-style role within an established business – ideal for someone ready to learn, lead and grow.

You’ll work directly with our Founders and cross-functional teams, with the chance to influence product direction and make a real impact from day one. No day will look the same, but some of your duties will include:

  • Running product demos for leads from sales, marketing and organic channels
  • Following up and managing leads using our internal CRM
  • Onboarding and training new users, including account setup and walkthroughs
  • Delivering ongoing chat and email support to users
  • Creating and managing content across our key digital channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and the website
  • Building and engaging our community through active management of social channels
  • Creating and sending regular email updates and marketing comms to users
  • Supporting performance marketing activity across Google, Meta and other paid channels
  • Testing and verifying new product features before release
  • Managing an intern as required
