Description
Project Manager About this position The Project Manager is a hands-on implementer and the engine of Vitruvi's customer deployment work. You are responsible for the physical configuration of the Vitruvi Workspace, the execution of technical build tasks, and the day-to-day delivery of your assigned implementations. On smaller accounts, you operate independently; on complex, high-value implementations, you execute within a program led by a Senior Project Manager, owning specific workstreams and contributing to a successful go-live. About You You are a detail-oriented, technically curious self-starter with a genuine enthusiasm for SaaS software. You are energized by learning a platform deeply, translating customer requirements into clean configurations, and driving a workstream from kickoff through go-live. You take ownership, communicate proactively, and thrive in a fast-paced delivery environment. You are a strong collaborator — comfortable working alongside customers, senior team members, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Workspace Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of the Vitruvi Workspace for assigned implementations. This includes WBS setup, work templates, custom fields, roles, and design element types in accordance with the approved implementation design. Execute and follow up on VPS (Vitruvi Professional Services) requests accurately and on schedule Flag configuration blockers or scope questions to the Senior Project Manager promptly Project Delivery: Manage the day-to-day delivery of smaller implementations independently, including scoping, configuration, training, UAT, and go-live. On complex accounts, own defined workstreams within the Sr. PM's program plan. Track your workstream progress against milestones and communicate status clearly Identify and escalate risks or scope drift early rather than absorbing them silently Training & Enablement: Develop training materials and lead end-user and SME training sessions. Tailor content to the customer's workflows and Vitruvi configuration. UAT Support: Support the user acceptance testing process by documenting feedback, triaging build-related issues, and resolving or escalating defects to ensure a stable launch. Customer Communication: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for your assigned customers, facilitating working sessions, providing progress updates, and responding promptly to questions and issues. Program Support: Support the Senior Project Manager and Senior Program Manager on complex implementations, contributing to discovery sessions, build reviews, and go-live readiness assessments. Continuous Improvement: Share learnings, flag process gaps, and contribute to improving Vitruvi's implementation standards and templates over time. Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support team and organizational objectives Job Requirements 1–3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or a closely related field Demonstrated ability to learn and configure complex software platforms — prior experience with Vitruvi or similar field operations / construction management SaaS is a strong asset Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball Clear, confident communicator — both written and verbal — with customers and internal team members Comfortable working from a structured delivery methodology while exercising good judgment when situations don't fit the template Post-secondary education in engineering, project management, business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience Experience in the telecommunications or utilities construction industry is an asset Willingness to travel up to 30% Compensation Compensation of $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience Benefits plan included Bonus Unlimited PTO
