Position: Senior Account Executive – IDP/ECM Solutions Location: Remote (Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA 90071 optional)
Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000 per year (OTE) plus performance bonuses
Job Summary We are seeking an accomplished Senior Account Executive with a proven background in selling Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions within the IDP/ECM space, successfully targeting corporate enterprise and insurance sectors. This is a remote role with occasional travel required. Your expertise in the document automation/software sector will play a key role in driving LegalMation’s growth.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Minimum 10 years of successful enterprise B2B sales experience in IDP/ECM and related SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of closing $100,000+ enterprise deals in the content management or intelligent automation sector
  • Value and consultative-based selling expertise
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
  • Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce for pipeline and sales management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and build a qualified pipeline of enterprise accounts seeking IDP and ECM solutions
  • Familiarity with AI Centric Process Management, capture, collaboration, and span a variety of Microsoft based platforms and architectures
  • Conduct persuasive product demonstrations, highlighting ROI and technical differentiators of our platform
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with procurement and legal stakeholders
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Leverage your knowledge of the IDP/ECM market and competitors to tailor value-based selling strategies
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and deal management in Salesforce
  • Attend and represent LegalMation at industry conferences and trade shows
  • Build strong relationships and facilitate meetings with C-level/executive decision makers in large enterprises
  • Continuously gather and share industry and product feedback with internal teams
