KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for supporting TMX as a whole, both technically and operationally
  • Resolve Google Workspace related incidents tickets and requests from clients
  • Promptly correspond with the Google partner as well as directly with Google regarding escalated tickets
  • Supervise and maintain Google Services and APIs in a balanced state for all TMX companies
  • Understand and operate Google Workspace console as well as Google Apps Manager via Google Cloud Shell
  • Maintain and continuously acquire knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for Google Workspace and affiliate technologies in order to assess potential benefits
  • Help ensure TMX Google Workspace solutions and practices “make sense” from the enterprise IT perspective
  • Assist with system capability planning
  • Find opportunities for improvement across enterprise systems/services, tools and applications and interact directly with team members and users to analyze and define IT requirements and workflows required to implement IT solutions
  • Design and implement automation script to improve system operations, stability and support
  • Identify and recommend process and workflow improvements to improve efficiency, customer experience and/or quality of related technologies and tools
  • Assist in mentoring other technical support staff on Google Workspace standard methodologies
  • Support and assist in training/communications on changes to iterative technology platforms
