Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable SaaS Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that empower both clients and internal teams to successfully configure, use, and support our highly customizable software platform. This role plays a key part in driving customer adoption, reducing time to value, and ensuring consistent knowledge transfer through engaging and effective training experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal employees focused on software configuration, administration, and end-user functionality. Conduct “train-the-trainer” sessions to equip client teams with the skills to train their own users effectively. Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, configuration workbooks, videos, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises. Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Support teams to ensure training content is aligned with implementation processes and product updates. Facilitate live (virtual and in-person) training sessions for small and large audiences, ensuring high engagement and comprehension. Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in onboarding new employees within Professional Services or Customer Success teams by delivering internal product and process training. Stay current with product enhancements and continuously update training materials and methods to reflect system and process changes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of experience in software training, preferably for a SaaS or configurable enterprise platform (e.g., CRM, ERP, GRC, or similar). Proven experience designing and delivering both technical and non-technical training. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to tailor training to different audiences (technical administrators, business users, executives). Experience with LMS tools, e-learning authoring tools (WorkRamp, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.), and virtual classroom platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Ability to travel occasionally for client or internal training engagements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in train-the-trainer program development. Familiarity with Professional Services and client implementation lifecycles. Knowledge of SaaS configuration concepts and customer onboarding processes. Certification in Instructional Design, Training, or Adult Learning (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus.
