• Independent handling of import shipments and transport orders in accordance with our quality requirements.
• Customs clearance of incoming shipments in cooperation with the customs authorities.
• Organization and development of transport solutions.
• Tailored scheduling, notification and invoicing to our customers.
• Daily correspondence with customers and our worldwide network - primarily in English.

THIS IS WHAT WE WISH FOR:

• Successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk.
• Experience in air freight import is desirable.
• Proficient in using MS Office and similar programs.
• Fluent German and confident English skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Service orientation and high level of personal initiative.
