JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in safari operations, tour coordination, or a similar role in the travel and tourism industry (Required)
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advance.
  • Previous experience working with international guests or managing high-end safari operations (Preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with booking systems or CRM software
  • Knowledge of travel and tourism industry standards and regulations
  • Familiarity with the specific safari destinations
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the logistics of safari tours, ensuring timely and efficient execution of all activities, including transport, accommodations, and guided tours.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests before, during, and after the safari.
  • Assist in designing and planning safari itineraries, ensuring all aspects of the tour, from travel schedules to meal arrangements, are well-organized and meet guest expectations.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including transport providers, hotels, lodges, and local guides, to ensure the highest standards of service.
  • Coordinate with field staff, including safari guides, drivers, and other support personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared and fully briefed on guest needs and expectations.
  • Handle safari bookings, confirmations, and payments. Ensure all necessary documentation, including permits and travel details, are provided to guests in advance.
  • Handle any operational issues that arise during the safari, such as delays or guest concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
