Als SAFe Scrum Master (m/w/d) im Customer Data Hub (CDH) bist du zentraler Coach und Facilitator für ein agiles Team im Bereich „Production Operation“ oder „Deployments/Initial Loads“. Zusätzlich unterstützt du den Release Train Engineer (RTE) bei der Steuerung des agilen Release Trains mit 11 agilen Teams. Du förderst agile Methoden, beseitigst Hindernisse, stärkst die Teamkultur und trägst maßgeblich zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unternehmenskritischer Projekte bei, die direkten Einfluss auf die digitale Transformation und den Geschäftserfolg von Vodafone haben. Was Dich erwartet: Du bist verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Einhaltung des Scrum-Prozesses sowie des Scrum-of-Scrum-Prozesses. Du unterstützt den Release Train Engineer proaktiv bei allen Aufgaben zur Steuerung des agilen Release Trains sowie bei der Durchführung aller agilen Zeremonien auf Programmebene (PI Plannings, System Demos und I&A). Du berätst und unterstützt den Product Owner bei der Erstellung von User Stories, insbesondere hinsichtlich Priorisierung und Sprint-Planung. Du pflegst den Informationsfluss zwischen Product Owner und Team, strebst maximalen Mehrwert und eine kontinuierliche Optimierung des agilen Flows an. Du organisierst Retrospektiven, um Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren, und treibst aktiv den Veränderungsprozess im Team voran. Du verfolgst und berichtest den Fortschritt der Sprints und beseitigst Hindernisse, insbesondere bei externen Abhängigkeiten. Du stellst hohe Qualität und Produktivität durch gezielte Maßnahmen und Monitoring sicher. Du förderst eine offene, konstruktive Kommunikation zwischen Onshore- und Offshore-Teams. Was Dich auszeichnet: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften, Mathematik oder Naturwissenschaften. Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum Master in agiler Softwareentwicklung, IT-Projektmanagement oder agilem IT-Lösungsdesign. Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAFe und agilen Methoden, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung. Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Release Train Engineers und der Organisation auf Programm Ebene. At least five years of experience as Scrum Master in agile software development, IT project management, or agile IT solution design. Solid knowledge of SAFe and agile methods, ideally with certification. Experience in supporting Release Train Engineers and organizing at program level. Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility with the ability to minimize overhead tasks for the team and manage dependencies with other teams. Strong ability to build relationships, coach, and foster an inclusive team culture as well as actively accompany change. Strong communication and facilitation skills, including in English.
