SAFe Certified Product Owner – Remote
Full Visibility is seeking a SAFe Certified Product Owner to support a mission focused project remotely. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligible clearance.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAFe Certified Product Owner to join Full Visibility. The Product Owner will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product and ensuring alignment between client objectives, user needs, and development team deliverables. The ideal candidate will have experience working in large-scale Agile environments, a strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and a proven track record of translating vision into actionable user stories and backlog items. This is a remote position, but will require travel onsite once per quarter.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Active SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) Certification required.

• Active Top Secret/SCI Eligible clearance.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe principles, frameworks, and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs in to technical requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience participating in Program Increment (PI) Planning and working within Agile Release Trains.
• Familiarity with backlog management tools such as Jira.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to travel for in-person for PI Planning sessions once a quarter to Baltimore/Ft. Meade
