Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the RNOH Safeguarding Team as a safeguarding administrator.
As safeguarding administrator, you will be the first point of contact when dealing with enquiries from the public and various professionals, therefore excellent customer service, good communication skills and a confident telephone manner are essential. We are looking for someone with exceptional administrative skills , who has the ability to multitask and prioritise their workload. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is vital to maintain a high quality administrative service. Experience in all aspects of administration including formulating reports, graphs and data analysis is essential to the role.
To provide an effective and comprehensive administrative support service to the Safeguarding Team for all safeguarding duties.

To be the initial focal point for the Safeguarding Team, maintaining an efficient message system and co-ordination between team members.

  • To provide clerical support to the safeguarding team e.g. typing/keyboard skills to produce correspondence, reports, policies and other documents, filing, photocopying and scanning.
  • Prepare and circulate agendas, organise room bookings, circulate meeting invites, keep attendance registers take and process minutes for the team promptly and circulate once final approval is confirmed.
  • Support the training activity of the safeguarding team e.g. flagging of non-compliance, data entry, monthly reports of compliance.
  • Aid the production of timely monthly, quarterly and annual information for the dashboard. Produce graphs and tables using IT packages such as Microsoft excel and word.
  • Manage data bases of information as required, ensuring accurate data entry / data retrieval to enable accurate and timely reporting.
