Description

We’re offering an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Safeguarding Adults Practitioner (Social Worker) to join our dedicated Safeguarding Team.
This rare opening has become available following the retirement of a valued colleague.
In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will lead Section 42 enquiries, conducting visits and working closely with individuals and families, guided by the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal. You’ll also collaborate with providers and other professionals, offering expert safeguarding advice and guidance.
Based primarily in the East of the county, you’ll also have the flexibility to support other areas of the team’s work when needed.
You’ll join a highly supportive and collaborative team, committed to making a real difference in people’s lives. If you’re passionate about safeguarding and ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
Please contact Peter Hancock, Specialist Manager - Safeguarding, for an informal conversation about the role or the team on 01202 495548.
