Salary: £53,063- £55,460 (Inclusive of 15% market supplement) Hours per week: 37 hours Interview date: to be confirmed following shortlisting   Join us in a leadership role as an Assistant Team Manager, contributing to our mission of supporting families and preventing breakdowns. Working closely with the Team Manager, you'll lead the dedicated team to enhance the delivery of the five "Every Child Matters" outcome. Your dedication will drive positive change and shape a brighter future for those in need.  To qualify for this position, you need a social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a level 4 management qualification being preferable.
