SAFETY ADVISOR

We are seeking experienced Safety Advisors to join our team in various locations around Australia including Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne across both civil infrastructure and mining projects.
Opportunities exist for both immediate start and upcoming projects.
A key focus of your role will be providing field-based support to operational teams in the delivery of safety leadership. You can expect to spend time working in partnership with onsite management and supervision to ensure a level of compliance, but primarily to drive a culture of safety excellence through behaviours, actions and working above the line. You’ll provide a broad range of reporting and metrics to drive decision making and take on tasks including support of onsite trainers and assist with any individual return to work cases.
