Play a key role in safeguarding people, property, and processes Champion proactive risk and facilities management advise and processes Apply your WHS expertise to ensure compliance and reduce workplace risks across all sites About the Role The Safety and Facilities Partner is responsible for leading functional WH&S management and providing facilities advise in support of the State Government Election in 2027. This role will be based out of both the Centralised Count Centre (Clyde) during the election peak periods and head office located in Sydney city. Working closely with the Manager, Safety and Facilities, the role fosters a safety-first culture that encourages accountability, protects employee wellbeing, and ensures compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies. The role is a Temporary Full-time position for up to 12 months. Strong understanding of relevant WHS legislation and Codes of Practice. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience (approximately 10 years). Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners. Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
