The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a skilled and collaborative Safety and Wellbeing Content and Engagement Lead to join its Safety, Wellbeing and Compliance (SWC) team. This role plays a key part in shaping how safety and wellbeing information is developed, shared and understood across the department, supporting a proactive, informed and inclusive safety culture.
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about building safer, healthier workplaces and knows how to make complex information clear, practical guidance.
