Job Description Bosch Home Comfort Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd. - Manufacturer of printed circuit boards for electric home appliances Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Pluak Daeng, Rayong Safety Assistant Manger - Section Manager What you will do - Ensure that all employees and company operations comply with applicable Environment, Health, and Safety laws and regulations. - Monitor and support the stability of basic public utilities within the plant, including plumbing systems and fire protection equipment. - Supervise nursing services and manage medical supplies to ensure readiness and compliance. - Conduct safety orientation and training for new employees; develop and maintain safety‑related training materials and onboarding programs. - Coordinate with suppliers to conduct risk assessments for machine installation and new equipment. - Liaise with external service providers for annual medical checkups, building audits, and other statutory inspections. - Investigate workplace accidents and injuries, analyze root causes, and report findings along with preventive and corrective actions to the management team. - Prepare and submit monthly safety summary reports in accordance with the business requirements. - Cooperate with second‑party and third‑party audit teams during internal and external site audits. - Organize and host internal and external safety meetings, including safety committees and contractor meetings. - Lead the execution, deployment, and continuous improvement of ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 across the plant. - Perform other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications What we look for Bachelor’s degree in Science (Occupational Health and Safety) or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Safety Officer or in a similar EHS role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Certified specialist in hazardous substances (BorChor). Possession of a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) certificate is a plus. Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and external partners. Knowledge and experience with ISO management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

Ensure company operations comply with Environment, Health, and Safety laws while managing plant utilities and medical services. Lead the implementation of ISO 45001 and 14001 standards and conduct workplace accident investigations.
