• Monitor and enforce health and safety standards in the workplace.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, or near-misses and report findings with recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training.
• Assist in developing and updating safety policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training sessions to employees.
• Ensure all staff are compliant with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
• Support emergency response planning and conduct regular drills.
• Work with department heads to promote a safety-first culture.
• Keep up to date with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
